Sign in to 12bet — Return to Your Account in One Click

Logging in to 12bet is as easy as it is secure. Once you've registered, every subsequent login takes just a few seconds — all you need is your mobile number and password. Millions of members across Bangladesh log in to 12bet every day and place bets on their favourite matches.

On this page, we walk you through the login process, security essentials, and what to do if you forget your password — all explained clearly in English. Even if you're new, you'll have no trouble following along.

Having trouble logging in to 12bet? In most cases, the fix is simple. Check the common causes and solutions below.

Wrong password

This is the most common issue. Check whether Caps Lock is on while typing your password. Click the eye icon to reveal your password and confirm it's correct. If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link.

Password Reset Process

• On the login page, click the "Forgot your password?" link.
• Enter your registered mobile number or email address.
• You'll receive an OTP or reset link — use it to set a new password.
• Log in with your new password.

If Your Account Gets Locked

Entering the wrong password multiple times in a row may temporarily lock your account — this is a security measure. It typically unlocks automatically after 15 to 30 minutes. If it's urgent, contact support.

12bet uses advanced technology to protect your account. That said, keeping it secure is a shared responsibility — there are steps you need to take on your end as well.

• Never share your password with anyone: Not even a 12bet representative will ever ask for your password — if anyone does, it's a scam.
• Use a strong password: Use a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Be careful on public Wi-Fi: It's best to avoid logging in on Wi-Fi at coffee shops or bus stations.
• Enable two-factor authentication: Enabling 2FA in your Account Settings means you'll receive a one-time OTP on your mobile with every login — adding an extra layer of security.
• Log out when using someone else's device: If you log in on a friend's or family member's phone, don't forget to log out when you're done.

Once you successfully log in to 12bet, your dashboard will open. Everything you need is in one place — a quick look around will help you find your way.
