Just a few simple steps to get your bonus credited
To claim the 12bet welcome bonus, make sure the bonus option is activated at the time of deposit. Once claimed, that deposit cannot be withdrawn directly until wagering is complete. When the wagering requirement is fulfilled, your bonus balance converts into your main balance.
Bonuses are a hot topic on online betting sites — but it's fair to wonder how much they actually help. 12bet's bonus system works a little differently from what most people expect. Once you receive a welcome bonus, you can't withdraw it directly — that's standard practice across all platforms. What you can do is use the bonus to place bets, and any winnings from those bets are yours to withdraw in full.
Say you deposit ৳5,000 and receive a 150% bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳12,500. You would then need to meet a total wagering requirement of ৳50,000 (8x the bonus amount). That may sound like a lot, but every bet you place on Sports Betting counts toward it — so for regular cricket and football bettors, it's actually quite manageable.
The weekly cashback offer is one of 12bet's most popular perks. Say you have a rough week and end up losing ৳3,000 — come Monday, ৳300 will be credited straight back to your account. No hassle, no forms to fill out. It happens automatically.
12bet's referral program is straightforward. Your account comes with a unique referral code. Share it with a friend, and once they register and make their first deposit, you receive a ৳500 bonus — and your friend gets ৳300 separately. There's no cap on how many people you can refer, so the bonuses keep coming. Members in Rajshahi and Mymensingh who bet regularly often earn an extra ৳3,000–৳5,000 per month through referrals alone.

When most people receive a bonus, the first question that comes to mind is — what's a wager? Simply put, wagering refers to the total amount you need to bet using your bonus funds before they become withdrawable. If your bonus is ৳1,000 and the wagering requirement is 8x, you need to place a total of ৳8,000 in bets. You don't have to lose those bets — every bet you place, win or lose, counts toward the wagering requirement.
The easiest way to meet 12bet's wagering requirement is to place small, regular bets. For example, betting ৳500 a day means you'll clear ৳8,000 in just 16 days. Any winnings from bonus funds will then move into your main balance and can be withdrawn in full.
Cashback bonuses come with no wagering requirement — they go straight to your balance and can be withdrawn at any time. If you bet on 12bet regularly, cashback is by far the most practical benefit you'll find.
Occasionally you may run into minor issues such as a bonus not activating or an incorrect amount being displayed. In that case, reach out to 12bet's 24/7 Bangla customer support — most issues are resolved within 1 to 2 hours. To view your bonus history, head to the "Bonus History" tab in your profile settings, where you can clearly track each bonus and how much wagering has been completed.
A reminder on responsible betting — don't deposit beyond your budget just to chase a bonus. 12bet always encourages you to play within your means. To learn more, Responsible Gaming read this page.
